Apointoo CaptureLive

Attribution that rides the forms you already use.

A WordPress plugin that keeps first-touch and last-touch context on every submission and forwards consent-aware leads to Apointoo. It never creates, renders, or manages a form.

  • Seven form adapters: Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor Pro, Fluent Forms, Ninja Forms, Kadence Blocks
  • Reads your existing consent setup; ad identifiers move only with marketing consent
  • Makes no external request until you deliberately configure it
01

Keep the click

First-touch and last-touch attribution stays with each lead record: gclid, fbclid, UTMs, and channel buckets. The data lives in your WordPress admin, attached to the forms you already run.

02

Respect consent

Capture reads WP Consent API, Complianz, or Cookiebot. Ad identifiers are stripped unless marketing consent is granted; UTMs and journey context remain. A Consent Mode v2 vector travels with every forwarded lead.

03

Forward when you say so

With a tenant key configured, leads go server-side to your Apointo intake. The dashboard owns normalization, hashing, deduplication, and the offline conversion upload. Nothing is sent before you set it up.

// Attribution rides every submission

// { gclid: '...', utm_source: 'google', ft_channel: 'paid_search', lt_channel: 'paid_search', ... }
Frequently asked questions
Does it store personal data on my site?

No lead inbox is created in WordPress. Contact fields forward server-to-server to your tenant and follow its retention policy.

Which form plugins are supported?

Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor Pro, Fluent Forms, Ninja Forms, and Kadence Blocks.

Does it work without an Apointoo account?

Yes. Local attribution capture works standalone; forwarding to Apointoo is opt-in per tenant.
