How Apointoo is delivered and what we expect in return.

Apointoo is operated by Vizuh OÜ (Vizuh), registered under registry code 16587160, with its registered office at Sakala tn 7-2, Tallinn 10141, Estonia. By using Apointoo, you accept these terms.

Apointoo is the attribution layer between your site, your forms, your bookings, and Google Ads. It captures GCLID, fbclid, and UTM parameters at the click, preserves the signal across pages and sessions, confirms real conversions, and sends that signal back to Google Ads as offline conversions.

Apointoo does not replace your CRM, your email tool, your booking system, or your payment processor. Apointoo plugs into the stack you already use.

Apointoo is distributed by request. Applications are reviewed within 48 hours. We assess campaign volume, conversion type, and product fit before opening the dashboard or SDK.

Access is individual and non-transferable. Sharing credentials with third parties without our consent is a breach of these terms.

By using Apointoo, you commit to:

• Use the product only for legitimate marketing campaigns of businesses for which you are legally or contractually responsible.
• Not send fake, manipulated, or inflated conversions to Google Ads or any other ad platform.
• Not attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, tenant isolation, or audit logging.
• Not reverse-engineer the SDK or dashboard beyond what is necessary for normal use.
• Comply with GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD, and any applicable regulation governing the personal data you process through Apointoo.

Non-compliant use may result in immediate suspension of access, with or without prior notice.

Apointoo evolves quickly. Features may be added, changed, or removed. Changes that affect the SDK or dashboard data contract are communicated to active access with at least 30 days’ notice.

Apointoo is provided as available. We work to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a contracted SLA unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Apointoo, including the SDK, dashboard, design, documentation, brand, and the word mark Apointoo, is the property of Vizuh. Access to the product does not transfer intellectual property over any of these elements.

Data you process through Apointoo remains yours. We do not use customer data to train models, sell profiles, or feed third-party products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vizuh’s liability arising out of the use of Apointoo is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim, or to the local currency equivalent if no payment was made.

Vizuh is not liable for loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, lost profits, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential damage.

You agree to indemnify Vizuh against third-party claims arising from the use of Apointoo in breach of these terms, applicable law, or the rights of third parties, including data subjects whose conversions you process.

You may end use at any time. Vizuh may terminate or suspend access in case of breach of these terms, applicable non-payment, or product discontinuation. In the last case, we give 90 days’ notice.

After termination, customer data is exportable for up to 30 days and deleted at the end of the retention period defined in the Privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. The courts of Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Tallinn have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, to the exclusion of any other forum.

We update these terms to reflect product, regulatory, or commercial changes. The version in force always shows the last-updated date at the top. Material changes are communicated by email to active access with at least 30 days’ notice.
