How to leave, how to ask for your money back, and how long it takes.
Apointoo is distributed by request. There is no public checkout on the marketing site, so there is no self-service cancellation here. This page describes how cancellation of an active commercial agreement works and how refunds are handled in the cases that apply.

01 How access is structured
Apointoo is distributed by request. When we approve an application, we agree on a specific commercial arrangement that defines scope of use, monthly or annual amount, and term. That agreement is the reference point for any cancellation or refund.
02 How to cancel
You may end the use of Apointoo at any time. To start cancellation, write to hugo@vizuh.com or use the contact page. We confirm receipt within 48 hours on business days.
Dashboard access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, unless the commercial agreement says otherwise.
03 Right of withdrawal (consumer)
For consumer customers within the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU applies, provided the service has not yet been fully performed with the consumer’s express consent.
For consumer customers in the United Kingdom, the same 14-day right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 applies on equivalent terms.
This right does not apply to business customers in B2B contracts, which are governed by the terms of the commercial arrangement signed.
04 Refund policy
Refund policy depends on the billing type and elapsed time:
- Monthly billing: amounts already paid for the current month are not refunded. Access stays active until the end of the cycle. Future billing is paused.
- Annual billing: we refund the remaining months proportionally after the effective cancellation date, less any discounts applied to the annual payment.
- Setup or implementation: configuration and migration services already delivered are treated as performed and are not refundable.
- If Vizuh discontinues the product: we refund the unused period proportionally, with at least 90 days’ notice.
Cases not covered above fall back to the specific commercial agreement and good-faith resolution between the parties.
05 Refund processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days from the date of confirmed cancellation, by the same payment method used in the original charge. Bank-transfer refunds may require confirmation of bank details and additional bank-side processing time.
06 What happens to data after cancellation
After cancellation is confirmed:
- Dashboard access ends at the end of the current cycle.
- Customer data is exportable in structured format for up to 30 days.
- After 30 days, data is deleted according to the retention schedule described in the Privacy policy.
07 Disputes
We try to resolve disagreements through direct conversation. If we do not reach an agreement, the venue defined in the Terms of service applies. National consumer-protection bodies and data-protection authorities remain available as complaint channels.
08 Changes to this policy
This policy is updated when the commercial structure of Apointoo changes. The version in force at the time of contracting prevails for the active agreement. Material changes are communicated by email to active customers with at least 30 days’ notice.
