Boulevard (BLVD)

The completed appointment goes back to the ad that brought it.

Boulevard runs the booking and the calendar. Apointoo ties the ad click to the appointment outcome and sends it back to Google Ads as an offline conversion.

The appointment lives in Boulevard, the click lives in Google

Boulevard confirms the appointment, but it does not know which campaign produced it. A no-show or refund still counts as a conversion if you only track the booking.

The BLVD adapter follows the appointment lifecycle

The click captured at booking travels with the appointment. When Boulevard marks it completed, Apointoo sends the conversion. When it is refunded or cancelled, Apointoo retracts it. Completed means convert. Refund means retract.
