Google Ads
The outcome goes back to the campaign that earned it.
Google Ads bids on what it can see. Apointo makes the real outcome visible: the click captured at first touch returns as an offline conversion when the sale, the booking, or the closed deal actually happens.
Click conversions stop where the sale starts
Google Ads counts the form fill, but the revenue decision happens days later in your CRM or booking system. Bidding learns from weak signals while the truth sits in another tool.
Confirmed outcomes uploaded with their click ids
Capture keeps gclid, gbraid, and wbraid from the first touch. When your system confirms the outcome, Apointo uploads the conversion with value and conversion time. A refund retracts it. The ad account learns from revenue, not from hope.

Capture stores the click identifiers on the first touch.
Your booking system or CRM confirms outcomes through the SDK or the Events API.
Apointo uploads each conversion with click id, value, and conversion time.
Delivery logs record every accepted, rejected, and retried upload.
| From | Apointo |
|---|---|
| First captured lead with a click id | lead_captured (enhanced conversion) |
| Confirmed sale with value | sale_paid (offline conversion, value + time) |
| Refund or reversal | refund_retraction (conversion retracted) |
Do you send events without consent?
No. Events without ad-user-data consent evidence are held back, never uploaded.
When does the conversion reach Google Ads?
On confirmation, not on the click. Upload happens within minutes of the outcome event, with the original conversion time preserved.
What happens to refunded sales?
They retract. The refund event removes the conversion so bidding does not learn from reversed revenue.
